Where the road ends, the adventure starts!

Årrenjarka Outdoor is a small activity company. We are situated in the beautiful village of Årrenjarka in the county of Jokkmokk. Our home lies 36 km above the arctic circle in arctic Sweden.

Alltough our village Årrenjarka is surrounded by old-growth pine forest it is only 18 kilometers to the famous high alpine nationalpark, Sarek.

Sarek, together with other national parks, Padjelanda, Muddus and Stora sjöfallet, and some protected areas, now form the Swedish world heritage site, the Laponia.

Årrenjarka Outdoor takes you out there!
We arrange tours with dog sled, ski-doo or cross-country skiing in the winter.

In the summertime we can guide your hike or take you out on a historical walk with a native sami guide. If you don`t feel like walking, our icelandic horses are always ready to carry you onto new adventures.

Årrenjarka Outdoor is run by Tor-Henrik Buljo who is a licensed Laponia Guide.
